Location: Oslo
Description:
- Set up and manage the HSE Plan for all project phases
- Follow-up reported incidents and manage the Synergi database for the project
- Ensure coordination of HSE interfaces with other parties, i.e. topside facilities, riser contracts, etc.
- Evaluate and analyse expected level of HSE performance , and compare with project HSE requirements, goals and acceptance criteria
- Ensure execution of HSE activities in accordance with the HSE activity plan.
- Verify critical aspects with regards to total HSE. Initiate reviews and audits when found necessary
- Liaise, support and coordinate with Company during performance of audits and other HSE activities
- Ensure implementation of operational and occupational HSE requirements including emergency preparedness
- Act as single point of contact in all HSE between AKS and Company as well as between other internal and external parties
- Coordinate input to Company HSE activities, e.g. HAZOP, risk analysis, 3rd. party studies, etc.
- Implement a HSE reporting system and report HSE statistics to Company. This includes coordinating the input from other project sites and major suppliers.
- As member of the project management team, take active part in critical area identification, risk assessment, report and recommend to Project Manager areas needing proactive attention and actions
- Provide information on HSE requirements, goals and objectives to project members
- Follow PEM principles for execution and prepare all input to the PEM reviews for the workflow: Project Management/HSE management
Requirements:
- MSc grade in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience with HSE
- Minimum 3 years experience from offshore/subsea projects
- Fluent in verbal and written English
