Description:
- The Initially Project scope of work comprises of Front End Engineering Design (FEED) with study report and cost estimated delivered to SHELL during April 2009. Following the FEED study the project engineering phase is expected to continue with completion planned during 2012 when Draugen requires an alternate power supply and as the existing gas production becomes deficient.
The scope of work includes:
- New gas treatment module complete with separator, Vessels, exchanger and contactor column.
- Upgrade of Glycol regeneration plant.
- New and modified Produced Water Re Injection system.
Responsibilities will include:
- Interface with other disciplines during design development.
- Production of technical specifications and documents for budget inquiry and eventual PO.
- Input to FEED study report and estimate.
- Bid evaluation and recommendation report to client.
- Produce technical specifications for inquiry & purchase.
- Support all technical aspects of inquiries and follow through to delivery and documentation of mechanical equipment.

Requirements:
Must have relevant experience as Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) with a history in technical aspects of procuring and follow through to delivery of Pressure Vessels, Exchangers, pumps and associated topsides gas treatment equipment packages. (Min 5-7 yrs.) good working knowledge of relevant Design Codes, NORSOK and International Standards is required. In addition, working knowledge in Piping / Structural design and layout would be an advantage.
Alternatly: Engineer ( MS / BS / Diplom): with min. 2-3 years relevant experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) in the oil and gas offshore industry.
